Pilates: This workout will sculpt and tone your entire body. This class will have you feeling stronger, energized, and grounded. Please bring a mat and bottled water with you to class.

Zumba: This is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to upbeat dance music. It's fast pace and loads of fun (and a great workout). Classes are instructed by Karin Rafter and held Mondays at Drake School . Choose the entire session (January 3-March 7) or pay per class.
Hall Walking: This program is an opportunity to beat the weather and still get your steps in. Walk in the halls of the NT Middle School Building Monday-Friday anytime between 4:00pm-8:00pm. (Enter through door #8)
Total Body Workout: This program is designed to workout the entire body in one session including a great core workout! It is a new program held on Wednesdays at Drake School 5:30-6:30PM and is instructed by Kristen Meyer. Choose the entire session (January 5-January 26) or pay per class.
