Don't let the kids waste away their summer days lounging on the couch eating Oreos. (Though that does sound kind of delightful)
Bring them to the park for a little Hip-Hop Dance taking place at Payne Memorial Park throughout the summer. They get to enjoy some fresh air, they get to move around (Shhh...don't tell them it's exercise) and they get to learn some fun dances from our resident dance teacher, Lymiek.

Hip hop dance for kids starts with a thorough warm-up, then shifts to strengthening the core muscles necessary for body control and proper technique. Later, we introduce the latest funk and hip-hop moves, followed by lots of choreography to develop their flexibility and coordination. It's hard work and your child will receive a good workout. All they will know is that they are having fun.
And of course, we play only clean music selections that are always family-friendly.
Sign up for one or sign up for them all. Sign up for only the classes you want to and can attend. No commitment is necessary.
