Adult yoga class.
Pilates-2020

  Wednesday, July 22nd - Wednesday, August 19th at 7pm. The classes will be taking place once again at Veteran's/Fisherman's Park Bandshell on River Rd.  The department is happy to open up our classes again and to have Terrie teach again!!

  There will be plenty of room to spread out (6 feet apart).  Masks should be worn only if social distancing cannot be practiced. Please bring a mat and a bottle of water for your own use.  Due to State restrictions this class is limited to 25 participants.  Anyone interested must register on-line, there will be no registration or cash taken by the instructor.

  Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus on core and increasing your flexibility.  Pilates involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques. By taking this class you will get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility.  You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.
