This interactive four-week program is guaranteed to launch your child toward a healthier lifestyle by teaching them, in a fun and hands-on way, the benefits of physical activity and healthy food choices. Learn the in’s and out’s of GO, SLOW and WHOA foods, play games and activities that promote awareness of healthy choices. Receive cool gifts and promotional giveaways. Session taught by a registered dietitian/nutritionist.
